What kind of microbial resources does NCVTC accept as deposits

  1. All bacterial isolates (both pathogenic and nonpathogenic) of animal origin except those related to exotic diseases
  2. All viral isolates of animal origin except viruses which require containment level-4 facility.
  3. Primary cells / cell lines of animal origin
  4. Bacteriophages, recombinant clones, plasmid/genomic DNA
  5. Currently we don’t accept fungal cultures for deposition.
